Anadama Bread

Ingredients
  Corn meal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Crisco 2 Tablespoon
  Yeast cakes 2
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 8 Cup (128 tbs)
Directions

Sprinkle corn meal over boiling water, and cook to mush.
Add salt, molasses and Crisco.
Let cool.
Add yeast softened in water and flour, and mix well.
Let rise until double in size.
Work dough again and knead well, then mold into 3 loaves.
Put in greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pans, and let rise again.
Bake at 350°F until brown.
