Southern Apple Pie

Ingredients
  Pie crust 9 Inch
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

Bake pie crust 7 minutes at 350°.
Cool.
Mix filling ingredients thoroughly, and add apples.
Pour into partially baked shell, and continue baking at 450° for 30 minutes.
