Ingredients
  Grated carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sprouted seeds 2 Cup (32 tbs), mixed in any proportion (Alfalfa, Lentil, Millet, And Fenugreek)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Chopped nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Homemade mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Approximately)
  Hard cooked egg 1 , cut into wedges
Directions

1. Combine the carrots, sprouts, celery, nuts, parsley, onion, and raisins in a salad bowl.
2. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten and toss to mix.
3. Garnish with the egg wedges.
