Stir fry the Oklahoma way, this is how us country folk like to cook
Ingredients
Round steak 1 Pound, cut into 3'' strips (tenderized)
  Red bell pepper 1
  Green bell pepper 1
  Yellow bell pepper 1
Celery stalks 2 , ribbed and chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
Thin brown gravy 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Add the 3tbsp butter to a large skillet and turn heat to medium high

and heat untill the butter is sizzling

season steak with salt and pepper and place it in the skillet.

cook over medium heat until browned through.

add a little more butter about 1 tbsp once the butter starts to sizzle add the onions and celery and cook until tender.

while your onions and celery are cooking roast your bell peppers by placing them directly on top of your burner.... even if its electric it'll still work. blacken ones side of the peppers and turn, repeat until all sides are blackened and the peppers are tender.

place the peppers in a paper bag and let steam for about 10 15 minutes, remove the peppers from the bag, remove the seeds from the pepper, slice the pepper right down the middle and use a butter knife to scrape off the burnt skin of the pepper.

place the peppers into the skillet with the onions and celery add the steak and heat through all ingredients in the skillet

add the gravy and simmer for about 20 minutes.

This is great served over a bed of wild rice

Enjoy
