Cheesy Waldorf Salad

Cheesy waldorf salad is a fruited vegetable salad. Made with apples, lettuce and celery, the cheesy waldorf salad is filled with walnuts along with delicious provolobe cheese. Dressed with mayonnaise along with honey and vinegar, this fruity, nutty waldorf salad is a notch above the rest.
Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Reduced-fat mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Apples 4 Small (Or 3 Large Piece)
  Provolone cheese 4 Ounce
  Celery ribs 2 , thinly sliced
  Walnuts/Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted and chopped, divided
  Lettuce leaves 4 (Red Leaf)
Directions

Combine mayonnaise, honey and vinegar in large bowl until blended.
Core apples; cut enough into 1/2-inch pieces to equal 4 cups.
Cut cheese into cubes.
Add apples, cheese, celery and 1/4 cup walnuts; stir to coat.
At this point the salad may be refrigerated, covered with plastic wrap, up to 8 hours.
To serve, line individual salad plates with lettuce, then top with salad.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup walnuts over each serving.
