Ingredients
  Reduced calorie bread slice 4
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Turkey ham 2 Ounce, cubed
  Egg 1
  Cheddar cheese 1 Ounce, shredded
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Arrange bread cubes in a single layer; top evenly with ham and cheese.
Mix egg, milk and seasoning to taste.
Pour over other ingredients.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until knife comes out clear.
Cool a few minutes before cutting.
