Ingredients
  Finely shredded cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , diced
  Carrot 1⁄2 , shredded
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , peeled, seeded, and chopped
  Sweet onion 1 , finely sliced
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
Directions

1. Combine the cabbage, pepper, carrot, cucumber, and onion in a ceramic or glass bowl.
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the vegetables. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
