Ingredients
  Fresh cranberries 6 Pound (2 Cups)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Diced tart apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Seedless green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Chopped english walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Grind cranberries in food grinder and combine with honey.
Cover and chill overnight.
Add apples, grapes, walnuts, and salt.
Fold in whipped cream; chill for several hours.
