|Fresh cranberries||6 Pound (2 Cups)|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced tart apples||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
|Chopped english walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Grind cranberries in food grinder and combine with honey.
Cover and chill overnight.
Add apples, grapes, walnuts, and salt.
Fold in whipped cream; chill for several hours.
