Southern Shrimp And Dumplings

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thinly sliced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed
  Tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Bay leaves 2
  Shrimp 8 Ounce
  Dumpling 6 Ounce (Mueller's)
  Macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in skillet; add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until crisp-tender but not brown.
Stir in tomatoes and seasonings; cover and simmer about 10 minutes.
Add shrimp; heat a few minutes; remove bay-leaves.
Meanwhile, cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
