Thanksgiving Bread

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cooked /Canned)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Pumpkin pie spice 1 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh/Frozen)
Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar.
Add pumpkin and oil; mix well.
Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened.
Fold in cranberries.
Spoon into two greased 8-1/2-in.x 4-1/2-in.x 2-1/2-in.loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to wire racks.
