Baked Tivoli Bread
|Peanut butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Confectioners sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (sifted)|
|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs) (sifted)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cream the butter with the peanut butter.
Gradually add the sugar; blend well.
Beat in the egg, vanilla, and almond extract.
Sift the flour with the baking powder.
Gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
Force the dough through a cookie press onto an ungreased cookie sheet forming into desired shapes.
Bake in a 375° oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until delicately browned.
