Fried Imperial Crab

|Crab meat||1 Pound (2 Cup)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Unsalted cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fat||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Beat the egg well.
Add crab meat, mayonnaise, mustard, and green pepper.
Shape into small balls or form into patties.
Roll in cracker crumbs.
Fry in deep fat at 350° for about 6 minutes, or until golden brown.
