Carolina Style Grits

Ingredients
  Quick cooking grits 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs), boiling
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sharp cheddar cheese 8 Ounce, shredded
  Low calorie margarine 3 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Stir grits into saucepan of boiling salted water.
Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Pour into well-greased casserole.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until margarine melts.
Cover and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
