|Cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

In a bowl, mix boiling water with cornmeal.
Stir until smooth and cool.
Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour in a buttered 1-quart casserole.
Bake in a 350° F.oven for about 45 minutes or until browned.
