Hawaiian Pineapple Avocado Salad
|Pineapple slices||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Avocados||3 Large, sliced lengthwise|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lemon)|
Cut each pineapple slice into 4 pieces.
Dip the rim of each piece into paprika.
Dip sliced avocado pieces into solution of water and lemon juice.
Place salad greens in large salad bowl (or individual bowls) and arrange the avocado and pineapple slices in a single layer alternating sections or pinwheel fashion.
