|Chopped macadamia nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut pineapple in half lengthwise through the crown.
Use a sharp thin knife to cut the fruit out of the half shells.
Wrap shells in plastic wrap; refrigerate.
Remove core from pineapple fruit and cut fruit into bite-size pieces; then place in a bowl.
Peel and halve papaya.
Remove seeds and cut fruit into bitesize pieces.
Add to pineapple in bowl.
Remove peel and white membrane from orange, holding orange over the fruit bowl to catch the orange juice.
Cut orange segments free and place in bowl.
Mix gently Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
