Combine ingredients in order listed in large mixer bowl.
Mix at lowest speed of mixer, scraping sides of bowl, until dough begins to form, 15 to 30 seconds.
Divide in half.
Shape into firm balls.
Flatten; smooth edges.
Flour generously on both sides.
Roll out one ball to 1/8 inch thickness on well-floured surface.
Fit into pan.
Pour filling into pastry-lined pan.
Roll out remaining dough.
Cut slits for escape of steam.
Place over Filling in pan and trim 1/2 inch beyond rim of pan.
Seal edge by folding top crust under bottom crust.
Bake at 400° for 45 to 50 minutes.
