Old Time Carrot Slaw

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Aspartame sweetener 3 Ounce (Three 1 Ounce Packets)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Dash
  Carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs), shredded
  Ripe olives 8 , sliced
Directions

Combine water, oil, vinegar, aspartame, salt and pepper.
Stir to blend.
Pour over carrots.
Toss to completely coat.
Garnish with olive slices.
Cover tightly and chill thoroughly.
Drain well before serving.
