Turkey Waldorf Salad

Turkey waldorf salad is a crunchy fruited poultry salad. Prepared with diced chicken or turkey, this waldorf salad has celery and apples in it along with chopped walnuts. Dressed with a mayonnaise dressing with a hint of lemon juice, the turkey waldorf salad is chilled to serve and makes a great side for any meal.
Ingredients
  Light mayonnaise/Real mayonnaise/low fat cholesterol free mayonnaise dressing 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Diced cooked turkey/Chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red apples 2 , cored and diced
  Sliced celery 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

In large bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Add turkey, apples and celery; toss to coat well.
Cover; chill.
Just before serving, sprinkle with walnuts.
