Wisconsin Spicy Apple Eggnog

|Light cream/Half and half||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar/Half and half||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|

|Ground nutmeg||1 Tablespoon|
In large saucepan combine beaten eggs, milk, light cream, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is slightly thickened and heated through, but do not boil.
