Wisconsin Spicy Apple Eggnog

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Light cream/Half and half 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar/Half and half 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Apple 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In large saucepan combine beaten eggs, milk, light cream, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is slightly thickened and heated through, but do not boil.
Remove from heat; stir in apple y.
