Ruby Jewelled Pears
|Whole cranberry sauce||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pears||4 , peeled and cored from blossom|
Heat oven to 350° (mod.).
Stir cranberry sauce, cinnamon, lemon juice, and sugar over low heat until well blended and sugar is melted.
Stand pears in baking dish; pour the prepared cranberry sauce over them.
Bake 30 min., or until tender, basting occasionally.
