This Tangy Coleslaw is a delightful variation of the common coleslaw that you are so used to having. The vinegary vegetables are a perfect treat for a tongue seeking tangy flavors. Try out this Tangy Coleslaw once in a while and let me know if you like it.
Ingredients
  Cabbage 1⁄2 Large, shredded
  Carrots 2 Large, shredded
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper and onion.
In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients; shake well.
Pour over cabbage mixture and toss.
Cover and chill 4 hours before serving.
