Picnic Slaw is an assortment of fresh vegetables with the deliciously pungent cabbage as its main feature. Ingredients
  Cabbage head 1 Medium, shredded
  Carrot 1 Large, shredded
  Green pepper 1 Medium, julienned
  Sweet red pepper 1 Medium, julienned
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Green onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), sliced
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
For dressing
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
Combine dressing ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
Pour over vegetables; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir before serving
