Cherry Waldorf Gelatin
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cherry gelatin||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped apples||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts/Pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In medium bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Add cold water and ReaLeimon® brand; chill until partially set.
Fold in apples, celery and nuts.
Pour into lightly oiled 6-cup mold or 9-inch square baking pan.
Chill until set, 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
