Cherry Waldorf Gelatin

Cherry waldorf gelatin is a fruity and nutty gelatin salad. Made with apples and celery with lemon juice concentrate, the cherry waldorf gelatin used cherry flavored gelatin in it. Made nutty with walnuts or pecans, the cherry waldorf gelatin is chilled to set and may be garnished and served as desired.
Ingredients
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cherry gelatin 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped apples 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts/Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

In medium bowl, pour boiling water over gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Add cold water and ReaLeimon® brand; chill until partially set.
Fold in apples, celery and nuts.
Pour into lightly oiled 6-cup mold or 9-inch square baking pan.
Chill until set, 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
