Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
  Diced apples 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Thinly sliced celery 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Dark raisins 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 6 Tablespoon (Nonfat Or Reduced-Fat, 1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Non-fat sour cream 6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine the apples, celery, raisins, and walnuts, and stir to mix well.
2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the sour cream, and stir to mix well. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the apple mixture, and toss to mix.
3. Cover the salad and chill for 1 to 3 hours before serving.
