Ingredients
  Grapefruit 1 Medium
  Oranges 2
  Boston lettuce 1 , washed, dried, hand torn
  Green bell pepper 1 Small, seeded, finely sliced
  Sweet red pepper 1 Small, seeded, finely sliced
  Baby shrimp 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Peel grapefruit and oranges. Divide into wedges.
–  In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients. Coat with a light dressing.
