Bananas Foster Chimichangas

A sweet wrapping dessert !!
Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firm bananas 3 , sliced
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White rum 2 Tablespoon
  Banana liquor 1 Tablespoon
  8 inch tumaro's apple 'n cinnamon soy flatbreads 4 (8 inch each)
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)
Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter . Stir in sugar & Cinnamon, and stir until sugar is dissolved, add bananas cut in half lengthwise and than halved. Pour in rum, banana liquor and cook 1 to 2 minutes more. Spoon quarter of the banana mixture onto each tortilla, and roll up, tucking in the ends, like a burrito.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry chimichangas until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm along with vanilla ice cream
