Beef For Stew
|Onions||2 Pound, thinly sliced (6 Onions)|
|Stew beef||2 Pound, cut in to 1 inch chunks|
|Paprika||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Buttered hot cooked noodles||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
1. In 5-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook onions until lightly browned. Add meat, paprika, and salt. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat is fork-tender.
2. Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil).
