Beef For Stew

This Beef For Stew poured over hot cooked noodles is my favorite lunch. Try this beef stew with sour cream gravy and paprika seasonings. If you want to know more about this Beef For Stew do let me know.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Pound, thinly sliced (6 Onions)
  Stew beef 2 Pound, cut in to 1 inch chunks
  Paprika 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Container)
  Buttered hot cooked noodles 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

1. In 5-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook onions until lightly browned. Add meat, paprika, and salt. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until meat is fork-tender.
2. Stir in sour cream; heat through (do not boil).
