Salmon Broccoli Waldorf Salad
|Frozen broccoli cuts||16 Ounce (1 Bag)|
|Red delicious apples||1 Large, chopped|
|Thinly sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Creamy roasted garlic dressing/Ranch dressing / blue cheese dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned salmon||14 3⁄4 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 Can)|
In large saucepan, cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water in colander.
In large bowl, toss together broccoli, apple, onions and dressing.
Gently stir in salmon; add pepper to taste.
