|Italian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Canned whole peeled tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Uncooked medium shrimp||1 Pound, cleaned|
|Crushed red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Hot cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In medium skillet, heat Italian dressing and cook onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in tomatoes and simmer covered 15 minutes.
Add shrimp and red pepper and simmer covered an additional 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
