|Bread slice||6 , crusts removed|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||12 Ounce, divided (3 Cups, Cheddar And/or Swiss Cheese)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced onion with green onion flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
Arrange bread slices in bottom of lightly buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of the cheese.
Beat eggs, milk and seasonings in medium bowl until well blended.
Pour over cheese.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Bake at 350 °F 35 minutes or until light golden brown.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
