|Mexican pasteurized process cheese spread with jalapeno pepper||1 Pound, cubed|
|Cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Eggs||6 , beaten|
|Picante sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned whole kernel corn with sweet peppers||1 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
In large bowl, combine ingredients: mix well.
Pour into greased 12x8-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350°, 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with additional picante sauce, sour cream and avocado slices, if desired.
