Ingredients
  Mexican pasteurized process cheese spread with jalapeno pepper 1 Pound, cubed
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Picante sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned whole kernel corn with sweet peppers 1 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

In large bowl, combine ingredients: mix well.
Pour into greased 12x8-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350°, 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with additional picante sauce, sour cream and avocado slices, if desired.
