Southwestern Corn is a simple and delicious side dish recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Why don€™t you give it a try and let me know the experience.
|Canned corn||30 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (Two 15.25 Ounce Cans)|
|Red bell pepper||1 , chopped|
|Chopped onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Non fat butter spray||1 Tablespoon|
Spray nonstick skillet with butter spray.
Saute pepper and onions in butter spray until soft.
Add corn and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
