Ingredients
  Canned corn 30 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (Two 15.25 Ounce Cans)
  Red bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Non fat butter spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Spray nonstick skillet with butter spray.
Saute pepper and onions in butter spray until soft.
Add corn and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
