Hawaiian Island Chicken

This is a wonderful recipe for Hawaiian Island Chicken. This tender and tasty chicken preparation is a personal favorite. Try these Hawaiian Island Chicken at home and I am sure you will get addicted to it!
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1 , cut into chunks
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (Reserve Syrup)
  Canned pineapple slices 8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained and halved (Reserve Syrup)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained, reserve syrup (1 Can)
  Canned pineapple slices 8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained, halved, syrup reserved (1 Can)

Arrange chicken in 12x8-inch dish with meatier portions toward edge of dish.
Brush with soy sauce blended with ginger.
Add green pepper.
Cook, covered with wax paper, at HIGH 13 to 15 minutes; drain.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
In 2-cup glass measure, blend cornstarch with 1 cup reserved syrup until smooth.
Cook at HIGH 2 minutes, stir once.
Add fruit and pour over chicken.
If necessary, reheat at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes.
