Ingredients
  Swiss roll 1
  Canned apricot halves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bavarian strawberry cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into pieces
  Chantilly cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Roasted almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled
  Cocoa sponge cake 1 (3/4 Inch Thick)
  Apricot glaze 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cocoa spongecake 1 (3/4 Inch Thick)
Directions

Cut cake roll into 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick slices.
Line a round deep mold with cake slices, alternating with apricot halves.
In a bowl, mix Bavarian cream and apricots.
Pour into mold.
In a second bowl, mix Chantilly cream with half the almonds.
Pour into mold.
Cover with cocoa spongecake.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Unmold.
Cover charlotte with apricot glaze.
Sprinkle sides with almond crumbs.
