Creole Pepper Steak

|Beef top round steak||1 Pound, cut 1-inch thick|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Dried thyme||1 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper||1 Teaspoon|
Combine garlic, thyme and red pepper.
Press evenly into both sides of steak.
Grill 12 to 14 minutes for rare to medium, turning once.
