Noodle Pudding is a brilliant dessert that is so yummy you will want more and more. Use this Noodle Pudding recipe and serve an addictive treat for your guests. I guarantee you they will love it!
Ingredients
  Medium egg noodles 8 Ounce (1 package)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook noodles according to chart
Heat butter in large glass bowl at MEDIUM-LOW 1 minute, or until melted.
Combine remaining ingredients and drained noodles; pour into 2-quart ring mold.
Sprinkle, if desired, with additional cinnamon.
Cook at MEDIUM 18 to 20 minutes or until pudding is set.
Let stand, covered with wax paper.
