Fast Fabulous Coleslaw
|Shredded green cabbage||960 Milliliter, packed (4 Cups)|
|Shredded red cabbage||355 Milliliter, packed (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Finely grated carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs) (240 Milliliters)|
|Minced red pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced onion||80 Milliliter (1/3 Cups, Vidalia Or Red)|
|Minced fresh dill||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Mayonnaise||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Apple cider vinegar||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Maple syrup||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Celery seed||To Taste|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
Prepare vegetables for salad by hand with sharp knife to make very thin shreds.
Mince the red pepper, onion and dill, also by hand.
Place vegetables in a large bowl.
Whisk together Dressing ingredients and pour over the vegetables, toss gently but well.
