Cajun Style Chicken Nuggets
|Onion soup mix/Onion-mushroom recipe soup||1 Tablespoon|
|Plain dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Thyme leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Pepper red||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Boneless chicken breasts||2 Pound, cut into 1-inch pieces|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
In large bowl, combine onion recipe soup mix, bread crumbs, chili powder, cumin, thyme and pepper.
Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture, coating well.
In large skillet, heat 1/2 inch oil and cook chicken over medium heat, turning once, until done; drain on paper towels.
