  Chopped fresh cilantro 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Ortega green chiles 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Caesar salad dressing 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Romaine lettuce 8 Cup (128 tbs), chopped (1.9 Liters)
  Chicken breasts 16 Ounce, grilled and cut in 1/2-inch strips (480 Grams)
  Red peppers 2 , lightly grilled and cut into 2-inch strips

Mix cilantro and chiles into salad dressing.
Add to lettuce and toss together gently.
Place 1/4 mixture in the center of each of 4 large plates.
Garnish salad with chicken and peppers.
