Zesty Beef Stew
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Round steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (packed)|
In small dish combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Coat meat with flour mixture.
In 2-quart casserole, combine meat, onion, catsup and sugar.
Cover with lid.
Cook at MEDIUM 10 minutes and at MEDIUM-LOW 20 to 22 minutes, or until meat is tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
