Tangy Wisconsin Blue Cheese Whip

This tangy wisconsin blue cheese whip is a flavorul and savory cheese whip. Prepared with cream and blue cheese, it is flavored with basil and garlic salt. Blended well, it is combined with toasted almonds for a nice little crunch.
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely crumbled wisconsin blue cheese||2 Ounce, crumbled (1/2 Cup)|
|Dried basil||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Assorted vegetable/Fruit dippers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In small mixer bowl combine whipping cream, Blue cheese, basil, and garlic salt.
Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until slightly thickened.
Gently fold in chopped almonds.
