Boston Whole Wheat Brown Bread

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine buttermilk and molasses; stir in raisins, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add flours and cornmeal, stir only until moistened.
Pour batter into generously greased 4 cup-glass measure.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap; hold wrap in place with rubber band secured under handle of glass measure.
Place on inverted pie plate in oven.
Cook at MEDIUM 8 to 9 minutes.
Let stand, uncovered, 10 minutes, Remove from dish; let stand 5 minutes.
Store, covered, until ready to serve.
