Cabbage Slaw

Today I am going to show you how to make Omi's Cabbage slaw. Omi is my mother in law and she is a German lady from Bavaria. They have a great way of using cabbage from that part of the world.
Ingredients
  Cabbage head 1 , thinly sliced
  Pure olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Head of cabbage 1 , thinly sliced
  Apple cider vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Kosher salt 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place chopped cabbage into a work bowl. Add the kosher salt and toss it through. Add the cider vinegar, olive oil, and black pepper.

2. Allow to marinate for 2 hours, the cabbage will soften in texture.
