Quickie Hawaiian Pork
|Lean pork roast||2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Canned pineapple chunks with juice||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine meat, pineapple with juice, vinegar and ginger.
Simmer 1 hour covered.
