Quickie Hawaiian Pork

Ingredients
  Lean pork roast 2 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Canned pineapple chunks with juice 14 Ounce (1 Can)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine meat, pineapple with juice, vinegar and ginger.
Simmer 1 hour covered.
