Banana-Nut Kamut Bread

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Oil 120 Milliliter (1/2 cup)
  Honey 60 Milliliter (1/4 cup)
  Bananas 320 Milliliter, mashed (1 1/3 cup)
  Cream of tartar 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 ml)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 ml)
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (590 ml)
  Walnuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped (80 ml)
Directions

Mix together in bowl, egg yolks, oil, honey and bananas.
Add cream of tartar, soda and flour.
This should be a thick batten Add nuts.
Mix 1/3 of egg whites with batter; gently fold in remaining egg whites.
Pour batter into lightly greased 8x8-inch or loaf pan.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
