Try this Hawaiian Pork Chops. An easily prepared recipe, this Hawaiian Pork Chops is a side dish that you will always love to include in your menu.
|Pork loin chops||4|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple slice||4 (Reserve 1/3 Cup Juice)|
Dredge chops in flour.
Brown in skillet with oil.
Top each chop with a ring of pineapple.
Add pineapple juice.
Cover and cook slowly.
Remove meat and pineapple to platter.
Pour the remaining juice over chops.
