Cajun Style Green Beans

Ingredients
  Green beans 2 Pound, trimmed
  Diced salt pork 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In medium saucepan in 1 inch boiling salted water, cook beans covered 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain.
In small skillet over medium-high heat cook salt pork 2 to 3 minutes to render fat.
Reduce heat; add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Stir in vinegar, mustard, sugar and Tabasco® sauce.
Remove from heat; stir in celery leaves.
Toss with beans to coat.
