Old Fashioned Popovers
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Preheat convection oven to 400°F. Put 1/2 teaspoon butter in each of 12 metal muffin pan cups. Place muffin pan in convection oven during preheat time to melt butter.
2. Beat eggs in a bowl with milk and salt. Add flour and beat just until mixture is smooth.
3. Spoon batter evenly into the 12 buttered muffin cups.
4. Place muffin pan on bottom metal rack. Cook in convection oven 30 to 35 minutes at 400°F, or until deep golden brown and set.
