Barbecue Beef Stew

Ingredients
  Beef 3 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Barbecue sauce/Garlic flavor barbeque sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Commercial)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 8 Small
  Carrots 8 , cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Celery head 1 , cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Onion 1 , cut into 8 wedges
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In a dish, place beef cubes.
Pour in barbecue sauce, mixing well.
Marinate in refrigerator 3 hours.
In a casserole dish, place beef and marinade.
Add water and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Cover.
Simmer 45 minutes.
Add vegetables.
Cover.
Continue cooking 30 minutes or until beef and vegetables are tender.
Meanwhile, dilute flour in cold water.
Pour over beef mixture, stirring well.
Bring to a boil.
Stir until sauce thickens.
Over low heat, simmer 15 minutes.
